Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Marisol Rocha Tijerina is an educator with a bachelor’s degree in Education and extensive experience teaching and supporting individuals and families. After immigrating to the United States, her own experiences helped her understand the challenges many families face when adapting to a new country and finding the information and resources they need. As part of Grameen America, Marisol is passionate about making information practical and easy to understand, and helping women access resources that support their health, families, and businesses. She believes in the importance of women supporting one another and building stronger communities together.
