Jennifer was born and raised in Colombia and is recognized for her empathy, dedication, and resilience. She holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, which provided a strong foundation in nurturing growth, communication, and emotional development. Her professional experience spans roles as a Lead Infant Teacher, Lawyer’s Representative, and Data Entry Specialist, strengthening her leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills while deepening her commitment to service and community support.

Now serving as a Promotora and Community Health Worker (CHW) with Grameen America, Jennifer combines her passion for education, health, and social impact. Certified in CPR, First Aid, and as a Registered Medical Assistant, and trained through TRUST CHW, she is committed to empowering immigrant families through health awareness, prevention, and access to vital community resources. Known for her professionalism, positivity, and compassion, Jennifer’s mission is to inspire trust, promote wellness, and help build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.
