Floricel Gonzalez joins Grameen America after spending four years in Public Relations, representing diverse clients across social impact/nonprofit, lifestyle, and hospitality sectors. Floricel is most inspired by amplifying and empowering the voices of marginalized communities, a passion she has pursued through volunteer work in Los Angeles with the Empowher Institute, mentoring girls and young women to gain the skills needed to thrive academically and professionally.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications with a minor in Gender & Sexuality Studies from California State University, San Bernardino.
